1. Software Conflict: The issue may be caused by other software installed in your Chrome browser, such as extensions or security programs, ad blockers or extensions, like the MalwareBytes, Ghostery, Virtru, Mixmax, Kaspersky, Rebrandly, Boomerang, CloudHQ, Dragapp, GMass, Vidyard, and uBlock origin.
- For MalwareBytes, please, disable the "Ads/Trackers" option.
- For Ghostery, please add mailtrack.io and mailsuite.com to your trusted sites list.
- For other programs or extension, try disabling them one-by-one and refresh Gmail, to see if this makes a difference when using Mailtrack.
2. Cookies problem: This is caused by the cookies that your browser has stored for Mailtrack. Deleting the cookies for Mailtrack / Mailsuite then refreshing the browser tab containing your Gmail account will normally fix this error. 3. Slow Internet Connection: A slow Internet connection between the Chrome Web Store and your computer may cause a timeout (Network Failed). In this case, try connecting to a more stable or faster Internet connection and then try again.
4. Gmail Permissions: The error can also be caused by a problem with the permissions Mailsuite has been granted in your Google account. To fix this, follow these steps:
- Visit https://myaccount.google.com/connections.
- Search for Mailsuite in the list and click on it.
- Scroll down and click on "Remove all connections you have with Mailsuite: Email Tracker".
