Mailtrack classifies an email as having been opened when the mail recipient views the content of your email and allows images (and therefore our tracking pixel, which is a 0x0 .png image file) to be displayed.
Mailtrack considers an email to have been clicked on when the recipient clicks on a tracked link in your emails (want to track when your links have been clicked? Then you need to subscribe to one of our paid plans. Click here to find out more).
