If you don't want to receive more email alerts, just click on the 'Turn off email alerts' button in an email alert email.
You can also disable all email notifications from the Notifications page in the Mailsuite dashboard.
If you use the Campaigns feature, campaign-related notifications can be disabled separately within the campaign setup page.
